Laser Therapy
Have been a patient for the latter part of a decade and drive across the city just to see Dr. Jason. Having been raised on chiropractic care, I can a good doc when I meet one. Very good with sports injuries and works on what’s bothering you and is not just a cookie-cutter adjuster. Highly recommend it to anyone!!

Cold Laser Therapy is also known as Low-Level Laser Therapy (LLLT) is a treatment that utilizes specific wavelengths of light to interact with tissue and helps accelerate the healing process. It can be used on patients who suffer from a variety of acute and chronic conditions to assist in eliminating pain, swelling, muscle spasm reduction, and increase functionality.
Cold lasers are handheld devices used by the clinician and are often the size of a flashlight. The laser is placed directly over the injured area for 30 seconds to 2 minutes, depending on the size of the area being treated and the dosage administered by the cold laser unit.
During this time, the non-thermal photons of light that are emitted from the laser and pass through the skin layers (the dermis, epidermis, and the subcutaneous tissue or tissue fat under the skin) and penetrates 2 to 5 centimeters below the skin at 90mw and 830 nm to increase blood flow and promote oxygenation to the cells for a faster healing process.
Cold Laser Therapy Advantages
· Normalizing damaged or injured tissue
· Reduction in pain, inflammation, and edema
· Faster healing time by increasing intracellular metabolism
· Increased blood flow and oxygen to an injured area
