Trevor Hillhouse

Trevor is a pitcher who tasted the sweetness of victory, leading his 2013 East Cobb Astros to win a National Championship, most recently committing to University of Kentucky.  We had a few questions for Trevor.

How did you get started playing ball?

My dad introduced me to baseball at a very early age, my brother plays baseball as well so ever since I could walk I’ve been around baseball and at the baseball park.

What memory stands out most to you?

The best memory is probably winning the National Championship when I was 16 with the East Cobb Astros. There was just no better feeling then dog piling on the field and just celebrating all the hard work.

How often do you train?

I train four times a week with Rapid Performance and just try to get faster and stronger.

What are your goals?

My goals are to play Major League Baseball for the rest of my life till I have to hang up my cleats. I wanna make a living out of this and I love doing it.

Have you ever suffered an injury that kept you from competing?

I have suffered a couple of injuries that have kept me out for a small amount of time but with the help of Doctor Jason he has helped me get healthy and back onto the field.

How does Dr. Addison help you compete at the highest levels?

He has made me loosen up stay flexible and also recover from earlier days I have pitched.

What keeps you motivated?

The highest goal of playing in the Major Leagues keeps me motivated everyday to make sure that dream comes true.

With that kind of focus and work ethic, Trevor’s star is rising.  We can’t wait to catch him playing in the bigs.
