Garrett Dupuis

High School National Champion

After bringing home Blessed Trinity’s 2nd state championship in less than 10 years, we caught up with dual sport ( baseball and football ) champion Garrett Dupuis.

What is your best memory?

Winning championships for high school and summer teams.

What are your goals?

College baseball then see what happens from there.

How has Dr. Addison helped you compete at the highest levels?

He got me back on the field when I sprained my ankle in no more than 2 days, during a very important summer. Always leave feeling good and ready to play.

How often do you train?

In season I train 3 days a week, weight room and speed stuff. Offseason I train 4 days a week early mornings Doug conditioning and weight room work.

Have you ever suffered an injury that kept you from competing?

Yes, concussions and cracked shoulder. Sprained ankles never keep me out hut do limit me.
